Online booking is currently closed. Please contact me for lash client inquiries and I'll be happy to get you scheduled!

Mentorship sessions: Please schedule yourself online at your convenience. Once you schedule, I will be following up with a questionnaire.

Private Mentorship

Lash & Grace will do anything we can do make sure you're satisfied with your service received. If you're unhappy with your results, we offer one complimentary return visit where we'll do our best to correct anything we can to your satisfaction, Refunds are not permitted for any reason as the time spent on your service is not something we can get back. 

Refunds and returns

Children and guests can be accomodated on a case-by-case basis. We do ask that you please do your best to avoid bringing any additional guests as the services we provide are very meticulous and need our full attention.

I kindly request at least 48 hours advance notice of a need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $35 fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost/s. No-shows will result is 100% of the service cost owed. Please understand that your service is blocked out specifically for you and cancelling last minute leaves unfilled appointment times that could've been booked by someone else. I truly understand life happens and emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Please do your best to arrive right at the time of your appointment. If your arrive early, please wait in your car until the time of your service. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to still perform your service to completion, but is not guaranteed due to the limit in timing. Late arrivals will still be charged 100% of the service cost as that is how much time we had blocked out for you.

Late arrival

Payment is due upon completion of service. A $50 deposit is required for all new clients to reserve your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service and is transferrable if the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the service start time. Accepted forms of payment: Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash
